Cov on The Go

Cov on the Go is the global prophetic evangelistic outreach movement of The Cov International Church, which is centered around displaying God’s glory in the earth. Our mission is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ through acts of love and service, helping to meet the spiritual and tangible needs of communities within our region and the world. The premise of our mission and activities are based on Luke 4:18-19 (KJV):

  • The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
  • To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

We believe that we are the hands and feet of Jesus. As He is, so we are in this world. We train our Cov on the Go team to be a safe space for people who are in need of our loving God.

Mission

1. Reach those who are lost through the ministry of prayer, encouragement, prophecy and service inspired by the Holy Spirit. This includes praying for and encouraging those who are without hope; those in need of healing and deliverance; those experiencing addiction or mental health issues; the brokenhearted; and those who don’t know Jesus. Our heart is the heart of Jesus -- reaching whosoever will.

2. Support the community. This includes serving in a capacity to alleviate poverty, providing food, donating household items, and referring individuals to community or government services that can provide assistance.

To advance the Kingdom of God, we recognize the importance of prayer and preparation. We open ourselves to be first partakers of His Word so that we may have clean hands and pure hearts. We are prepared with knowledge of the Gospel and are eager to learn ways to reach more people for Christ. Our Cov on the Go team is trained to be culturally competent and understand the basic principles of major religions, while being led by the Spirit of God to produce fruitfulness in our outreach. We are able to make an impact with the help of partners. We first partner with the Holy Spirit for guidance and instruction. We have also partnered with local churches, businesses, law enforcement, and university students. This include Walgreens (#12728 Manager Andy Houbrooke), CVS (#4391 Manager Babacor), The Durham Police Department, North Central University students, neighbors, and a host of family and friends. We would love to partner with you, and are accepting donations.

Thank you to all our partners!
